Crosley Field

Crosley Field was the home of Ohio's Cincinnati Reds, and was originally called Redland Field when it opened in 1912. It was renamed after renovations and the team and field was purchased by Powel Crosley in 1934. Crosely Field was the first professional field with lights, and held baseball's first night game in 1935. The last game was played there in 1970, and it was demolished in 1972, after housing baseball games, football games, concerts, and circuses.
